Three, the first step of the whole body stimulating exercise: stand straight, step forward with the right foot, step on the middle of the resistance band, bend your elbows with both hands, and grab the two ends of the resistance band in front of your pelvis. Second step: maintain the body posture, pull the resistance band upwards with both hands. Remember to keep your body upright, repeat the action twenty times, then switch sides and repeat the action. Four, the first step of lying down and stretching the leg with the resistance band: lie down with your legs bent at the knees. Raise your left leg while bending your knees, the sole of your foot stepping on the middle of the resistance band, and both hands holding the two ends of the resistance band. Second step: extend your left leg diagonally upwards, maintain the posture for 5 to 10 seconds, and return to the first step action. Then alternate bending and stretching the legs 20 times. It is very effective for slimming the legs.
