Breastfeeding weight loss

Mothers can also do some exercises. Stand by the bed, hold the bed with both hands, pull the feet back, form a straight line with the body, bend the two forearms, press the body downwards, stop for two to three seconds, straighten the two forearms, and lift the body upwards. Repeat this process 5-15 times. One leg stands on the ground to support the entire weight of the body, while the other leg is bent and raised. Then, use the leg that supports the body to jump continuously, 20-30 times each time, alternating between the two legs until the legs become sore.
